(Swiss) 1991, Managing Director since the Annual General Meeting of June 13, 2023. Alexandre Uldry is a self-made man. In 2009, at the age of eighteen, he landed his first job with the only boss willing to take him on without any formal education or CFC. After making coffee and photocopies, he became a real estate broker in 2011. In 2014, at just 23 years of age, he founded his first brokerage company. In 2017, he set up a new company, which he uses to build up a portfolio of properties in nine Swiss cantons with a contrarian philosophy: invest in outlying areas, where rents still have potential to rise, in contrast to the Lake Geneva area, where they had been rising steadily for ten years. It's a successful strategy. In the early 2020s, he sold this portfolio to invest in Jubin petrol stations, acquired in 2011, with a view to expanding both in Switzerland and abroad.
